Tai Chi for Arthritis for Fall Prevention

Afraid of falling? Uncertain about your balance? Tai Chi may be for you! Reduce pain, ease stress with gentle and flowing movements. Exercises may be done seated or standing.
This is an evidence-based program for participants 60 years or older and participants must attend the first or second session in order to attend the rest of the workshop. The workshop is designed to build on each session. There is a minimum number of 10 and a maximum number of 20 participants.
