The St. Andrew’s Foundation was established at First
Presbyterian Church in Lakeland, Florida in order to provide an ongoing
forum for Christian Counseling issues in the church. This endowment was
established to provide practical help for people in the church and in the
community as they establish their lives of faith.
Our goal is to establish a series of seminars on life’s practical issues that Christian counseling addresses and provide follow-up and referral services for those who desire to continue their growth.
Our mission is to provide quality counseling seminars that are informed by and consistent with Biblical principles, Christian heritage, and tested wisdom. We work with area pastors, psychotherapists, physicians, and organizations to ensure that there is an option in the field of counseling that adheres to the Christian faith, addresses ongoing needs, and is readily available.
